We present mid-infrared spectra (8-13 microns) of a flux-limited sample of nearby early to mid-type M dwarfs obtained with SCORE, the SIRTF Cornell Echelle Spectrograph, on the Palomar 200-inch telescope. Effective temperatures are fitted to the spectra, and resulting temperatures are compared to temperature-spectral type scales in the literature.
