The influence of coronal holes on the periodic structure of variations in the intensity of cosmic rays has been studied using data from observation stations with different geomagnetic thresholds. Stratospheric cosmic ray intensities recorded over the Murmansk station from March 3, 1972 to September 3, 1975 were analyzed together with neutral component data from six other stations. The observation period was divided into five 256-day segments and a fast Fourier transform method was applied to obtain the amplitude-frequency spectra. For stations with low cutoff thresholds, systematic variations in coronal structure were reflected in the periodic structure of the intensity of cosmic ray radiation; it was not possible to establish such a relation for data from stations with higher cutoff thresholds.
