The HST/NICMOS H (F160W) and K (F222M) images of IRAS 16594-4656, IRAS 17150-3224, IRAS 17245-3951 and IRAS 17441-2411 are presented. These objects were first discovered as proto-planetary nebulae(PPN) in our program of ground-based identification of cool IRAS sources, and later found to have bipolar nebulosities in our HST/WFPC2 observations. The central stars of all four PPN are clearly detected, even in the cases of IRAS 17245-3951 and IRAS 17441-2411 which show sharp dark lanes separating the bipolar lobes in the WFPC2 V-band images. The presence of circumstellar disks is evident in the V-K color maps of these objects. IRAS 17150-3224 is known to show a pair of search-light beams and a series of concentric arcs in the WFPC2 V-band image (Kwok et al. 1998 ApJ, 501, L117), similar to those observed in the AFGL 2688. IRAS 17150-3224 was also observed in the narrow-band H_2 (2.12 mu m) filter, and a number of clumps of molecular hydrogen are detected.
