The ESO Science Archive Facility (SAF) aims at optimising the scientific return from its wide collection of astronomical observations and as part of this evolution, the creation of a Solar System Bodies (SSB) Facility is being investigated. Starting with the data coming from the instruments with wider field of view, the mining of the ESO Archive is in progress to discover which observations have their frames crossed by solar system objects, intentionally or not. Skybot is the service chosen to identify such observations. Two scenarios are considered: (1) The identification of any kind of SSB having crossed ESO observation frames and (2) The identification of ESO observation frames having been crossed by a particular SSB using the computed ephemerides of that specific SSB. Based on this framework, prospective results are presented.
