The only published photoelectric observations of XZ CMi are analyzed;
the solution does not show such large discrepancies as are associated
with ellipsoid models, although some problems remain. The advisability
of performing simultaneous multicolor solutions is discussed. The
spectral type of the primary remains uncertain.
