The photometry of the Moon gives us some information about the properties of the lunar surface. The photometric uniformity of the lunar surface as a scattering screen is determined by the shadow phenomena on small irregularities due to the dust layer covering the whole surface. A small component of light (< 10 %) exhibits the features of the luminescence excited by solar radiations.
