Correlative studies of particle acceleration in solar flares using radio data and RHESSI hard X-ray data will be discussed. In particular, the big flares of 2002 (April 21 and July 23) will be reviewed. The July 23 flare is notable as the first event in which we can compare radio images of nonthermal gyrosynchrotron-emitting electrons with hard X-ray images at photon energies above 100 keV. Quantitatively this event indicates that the same nonthermal electron population is responsible for both the radio and hard X-ray emission. However, both the radio and hard X-ray data imply extreme number densities for the nonthermal electrons: over 1010 cm-3 at energies above 20 keV. The April 21 flare is a much more extended event, and features a peculiar nonthermal radio source in the later stages of the event.
