Swift performed a target of opportunity observation of 4U 1137-65, reported to be in outburst by MAXI (Nakajima et al., ATEL #3021), starting 23:13UT on November 10th, 2010 for 1ks, with XRT in Photon Counting mode. We detect a bright X-ray source at the following position: RA, Dec (J2000) = 174.8724, -65.3978, which is equivalent to: RA(J2000) = 11h 39m 29.4s Dec(J2000) = -65d 23m 52.2s
with an error circle of 3.6 arc-min radius (90% confidence).
