Formulas are derived describing the profile of emission lines formed during the motion of emission clouds inside a conical jet with a small opening angle. It is assumed that the clouds are accelerated by radiation of the central body. Based on the width of the satellites observed at both sides of the H-beta line in the spectrum of the Seyfert galaxy NGC 4151, a jet opening angle of about 5 deg is estimated for this object.
