The distributions of inclinations, semimajor axes, aphelion distances, eccentricities and P.e quantities were determined for 350 fireballs on the basis of data from the catalogs of bright fireballs of the Prairie and European Networks. It is shown that the aphelion-distance and P.e distributions do not coincide with those for either comets or asteroids. It is concluded that the majority of bolide-forming bodies have an asteroidal origin.
