The exact equations (derived from the optical-scalar-equations) for light beams crossing a vacuole model describing a density inhomogeneity embedded into a Friedmann cosmological model are presented. Then, for any light beam paths, these equations are solved by a power series approach, and it is possible to obtain a general analytic formula for amplification of light, which may apply to astrophysical gravitational lenses like clusters and superclusters of galaxies (and maybe for galaxies): the amplification can be split into the contributions of the crossing of matter by the light beam and of shear effects. Finally, this formula makes it possible to detail how the energy conservation is made in the inhomogeneous model with respect to the Friedmann uniform one.
