A catalog of photoelectric magnitudes and color indices has been compiled for the MEGA program. It includes 1141 stars, the equatorial coordinates of the stars at epoch and equinox 1950.0 are also given. The author describes the observational data, which were obtained at three sites in three instrumental systems, and an original three-step method for data reduction from an instrumental system to the standard UBVR system. Catalog errors are determined by comparing this catalog with others. Some seeing characteristics of the Terskol High-Altitude Station are presented.
