The spectra of the gravitational lenses H 1413+117 ("Clover Leaf") and Q 2237+030 ("Einstein Cross") obtained with a significant signal accumulation time are studied. The authors have found a new system of narrow absorption lines with a redshift of 0.31 in the H 1413+117 spectrum. It is likely to be related to a foreground cluster of galaxies. Another new system of narrow absorption lines with a redshift of 0.75 is likely to exist. Based on bidimensional spectroscopy of Q 2237+030, the authors estimated the velocity dispersion for stars in the lensing galaxy at different distances within 6 kpc from the center. The velocity dispersion at the center of the galaxy is found to be 280 km/s, and the mean dispersion within the region studied is 185 km/s.
