The pulsed flux of Cep X-4 has steadily risen since it was first detected on March 7 (ATEL #1956). Observations with the NaI detectors of GBM on Fermi show a pulsed flux on March 15 of 5.1(3)E-10 erg/cm^2/ s (12-25 keV), which is approximately twice that on March 7. The pulse frequency has also increased at an average rate of 3.8(5)E-12 Hz/s, reaching 15.07760(18) mHz on March 15.5.
