In order to facilitate the identification of new Milky Way halo substructures, We have created an online catalog of Milky Way substructures, including dwarf galaxies, globular clusters, stellar over-densities, tidal tails and stellar streams. The catalogue is located at: http://www.rpi.edu/ newbeh/mwstructure/MilkyWaySpheroidSubstructure.html. The vast majority of the substructures were discovered after 1995. In addition, We show evidence for the detection of a new, low-luminosity Milky Way dwarf galaxy in Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) data. The candidate dwarf galaxy is about 3.6 kpc from the Sun in the Hercules constellation. This work was supported by an NSF REU supplement, AST-08-32409 and AST 09-34538 and the
NASA/NY Space Grant.
