In Deneva et al. (2009,ApJ,702L,177) we presented the discovery of three pulsars from a Galactic center population in a 2 GHz survey with the Green Bank telescope. Here we explore two models of the spatial distribution of this population based on the survey results: a spheroid and an ellipsoid. We employ a maximum-likelihood method to constrain the total number of Galactic center pulsars and the characteristic radius of the population. Finally, we discuss the implications of the results for future pulsar searches near SgrA* and for star formation in the Galactic center.
