We examine the fundamental planes in two physically related galaxy cluster pairs, Abell 999 and Abell 1016, and Abell 1228 and Abell 1257. Their redshift data and properties have been studied previously in the literature. We utilize Sloan Survey data, measurements published in the literature, and have obtained spectroscopy of additional early-type galaxies at the MDM Observatory. These data are used to measure the relative distances of the two components of the cluster pairs with both the direct and indirect methods. We use the radial infall model woth these data to constrain the total mass of each system and compare with the virial and X-ray masses.
