Solar Radio Radiation: Wave Propagation, Solar Radio Bursts: Polarization, Radio Radiation: Solar Corona

Scientific paper

The authors consider linear propagation of ordinary and extraordinary
wave modes and show that, for an electron density distribution 20 - 40
times the Baumbach-Allen distribution, the effect of propagation will
cause time delays and polarization reversals of 30 - 300 ms in solar
rapid phenomena.
