We present HST/ACS observations of RR Lyrae variable stars obtained in ultra-deep observations of the Andromeda galaxy (M31). These observations probe the disk, giant stellar stream, and several halo fields with distinct star formation histories. Earlier RR Lyrae data from this series of observing programs have probed various aspects of the populations that make up Andromeda's inner halo, including distances and metallicities. The current study builds and expands on that earlier work, investigating a sample of substructures and environments that is much more diverse. The quality of the light curves is akin to that usually associated with RR Lyrae stars of the Milky Way, both in terms of photometric accuracy and time series sampling. These data will provide additional insights into the stellar populations with techniques that are independent of the traditional fitting of color-magnitude diagrams.
