Ammonia (1,1) and (2,2) emission lines were observed toward the bubble structure N101. A 4.8'x6’ map of angular resolution ≈ 30'’ centered at l=49.2°, b=-0.35° was made with the Green Bank Telescope (2006). Column densities peaked at 3.5x1013 cm-1 at l = 49.2167°, b = -0.3147°. Rotation temperatures ranged from 5 K to 30 K. No ammonia was detected south of N101. Comparing GBT data to GLIMPSE, the ammonia clump is located above and overlapping the 8.0 µm emission that outlines the bubble. Also, 1mm continuum emission from the Bolocam Survey is located between the ammonia and 8.0 µm emission. 20 cm emission peaks within the 8.0 µm emission which does not agree with a typical HII. There is no conclusive evidence to support any YSO's to correspond to either N101 or the ammonia clump.
