We present the first SEDs and new detailed images of the four compact HII regions in the Sgr A East complex-- A,B,C, and D-- which represent unambiguous evidence of very recent massive star formation in the central ten parsecs of the Galaxy. These HII regions appear to lie in a chain along a dense ridge at the edge of the 50 km/s molecular cloud (M-0.02-0.07), which shows signs of compression by the Sgr A East supernova remnant. Despite the potential of these sources to increase our knowledge of star formation processes near the Galactic center, there has been little study of these HII regions since their discovery at radio wavelengths by Ekers et al. in 1983. As part of a large-scale Paschen-alpha survey of the Galactic center using NICMOS on HST, we have obtained the highest spatial resolution images of sources A-D to date (0.2''). These images offer a detailed view of their morphology, including a potential dust lane running through source D, and possible signs of of recent interaction between sources A and C and the Sgr A-East SNR cavity. From the Paschen alpha images and archival radio maps, we construct an improved extinction map of the entire complex. Using this map we then generate foreground-extinction-corrected infrared SEDs from archival data of these objects and make new estimates of their total luminosities and stellar content.
