The Bullet Cluster is a massive galaxy cluster merger at z=0.297, with a supersonic (Mach 3) shock front propagating through the central region of the cluster. I will present results on how the strong ram pressure event has affected the star formation rates of the central cluster galaxies. I will also discuss the global star formation properties of the Bullet Cluster, using star formation rates derived from MIPS 24 micron photometry extending out to nearly the virial radius. The spatial distribution of starburst candidates, E+A (post-starburst) galaxies, and AGN candidates are also discussed. Finally, I will present the infrared luminosity function of the Bullet Cluster and compare results from other cluster and group studies.
