The coded-mask instrument BAT on the Swift satellite has been observing the sky in survey mode for over 5 years. The 36-month catalog compiled from the survey contains 400 AGN with a median redshift of 0.03. The hard X-ray (15-200 keV) nature of the survey and BAT's wide field of view coupled with Swift's all-sky pointing strategy allow for one of the most unbiased and uniform surveys of AGN in the local universe. We use the 36-month BAT survey catalog to investigate the spatial distribution of AGN and to test the spatial correlation of AGN with galaxies as traced by the 2MASS all-sky extended source catalog.
