In this talk I will summarize the importance of understanding galaxy morphology in the rest-frame UV by comparing local galaxies with Lyman Break galaxies. I will discuss what we can learn from the rest-frame UV and how we have biased our view of galaxy evolution due to the rest-frame UV. I will present local galaxies that are analogs of LBGs when the rest-frame UV is artificially redshifted to high-z and discuss their optical morphology (Petty et al. 2009). I will also discuss the sizes of stellar clusters in the rest-frame UV and their importance as building blocks of galaxies at intermediate redshifts by using Hubble's image in the U-band (Voyer et al. 2009) of the Ultra Deep Field
