Energetic ion distributions, 0.04-18 MeV, measured near the solar wind termination shock (TS) by Voyagers 1 (V1) and 2 (V2) help reveal structures on a broad range of spatial scales and regions with diverse levels of plasma turbulence. Differences between data from V1 and V2 in the foreshock have implications for an asymmetric global heliosphere. The absence at V2 of ions below ~ 0.1 MeV indicates that the impending TS encounter of V2 may be distinctly different from that of V1. Angular distributions of low-energy ions at V1 in the heliosheath have mainly convective anisotropies after about 2005.5, enabling us estimate an average plasma flow velocity with radial component VR~ +75 km/s and tangential component VT~ -40 km/s.
