Dust is a ubiquitous feature of the cosmo, related directly or indirectly on most fields of modern astronomy. Its study is a hot topic of current astrophysical research. Here we will discuss the extinction suffered by three example of high reddened Type Ia SNe: SN 2003cg, SN 2002cv and the recent SN 2006X. We have computed the reddening laws and dust grain properties along the line of sights in the parent galaxies.
