Presented is a first detection of molecular gas in a hyper-luminous infrared galaxy MIPS-J1428 at z=1.3. It is found that MIPS-J1428 has an enormous amount of the molecular gas (1.2×1011 Msun located under warm and dense conditions, providing a new evidence that the extremely high FIR luminosity of MIPS-J1428 is powered by its starburst activities and MIPS-J1428 is likely to be a progenitor of a massive elliptical galaxy. Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) will allow to investigate the detailed properties of such a kind of massive young galaxies in the near future.
