We report preliminary results of a long term simultaneous optical
(B,R,I) monitoring program of blazars that includes PKS 2254+074, S5
1803+784, OQ+530, OT081 during 3 days observing runs of 6-9 h long
in 2001. The four sources each display small amplitude but significant
variations in all bands on time scales of hours and days.
