Using new low resolution spectra of Galactic Bulge planetary nebulae (PNe) with the photo-ionization model CLOUDY, the physical parameters of the nebula were determined. In particular, the model predicted the abundances, Te, ne, T and L of the central star etc. The main goal of this work is to investigate possible correlations between the physical parameters of the nebula and their central star by using a statistical tool, the Bayesian theory. These results will help us to understand better the dynamics of the whole bulge region.
