The paper considers spectral features of radiation emitted from the surface of charged and rotating (Nordstrom and Kerr-Newman) white holes, with particular attention given to computation of spectral shift. It is shown that, unlike the Schwarzschild black hole, the two kinds of white holes considered cannot explode from the space-time singularity R = 0. The explosion is decelerated by the presence of charge and by rotation; hence the radiation emitted would not be as energetic as in the Schwarzschild case where its energy is infinitely large for emission from R = 0.
