We performed a dedicated deep survey of the Trojan regions of Saturn, Uranus and Neptune using the IMACS wide-field CCD mosaic imager on the 6.5 meter Magellan telescope. 2004 UP10 was discovered and is only the second known Neptune Trojan to date. 2004 UP10 has a very low eccentricity and inclination orbit which is similar to the other known Neptune Trojan, 2001 QR322. The population of dynamically similar objects may be large. We will discuss the survey and the details of 2004 UP10.
