We present the results of a study of the far-IR radio continuum correlation within the Small Magellanic Cloud using maps of the far-infrared luminosity derived from MIPS 70 and 160 µ mosaics and radio continuum maps from a combined ATCA-Parkes survey. With these data, we can study the correlation within the SMC down to scales of about 35 parsecs. We present preliminary evidence that the correlation holds even at these small scales and that the slope of the correlation in the SMC is similar, though slightly steeper, than that found in previous studies of larger galaxies.
