Optical spectroscopy is presented of diffuse interstellar absorptions in spectra of reddened stars in the Magellanic Clouds. The λA4430 absorption is definitely present and λλ5780, 6284 probably present in some spectra, but the correlation with EB-V is poor. The strongest λ4430 absorption is seen in the star S-69-108 whose UV extinction is most like the Galactic. No correlation of interstellar absorption with positions in the Clouds is yet evident.
