A proposed study of sidereal variations in the muon components from a site located near Hong Kong (22 deg N, 114 deg E) is briefly discussed. A telescope of two parallel layers of individually monitored cylindrical proportional counters aligned East-West will be used in the experiments. The digital signals of the counters for each event will be stored temporarily and scanned by a microprocessor. The direction of each muon track will then be determined and stored on a magnetic tape together with the time index. The expected counting rate will be about 4700/hr.
