The hydrodynamic accretion and effluxion of isentropic or isothermal material with uniform specific angular momentum is solved exactly on a stream line. A three-parameter family of solutions is derived for isentropic flow, and isothermic flow is determined numerically. The critical value for the angular momentum, above which accretion is curtailed and effluxion is rotationally driven, is found and is shown to be the maximum angular momentum for the occurrence of Venturi flow. The accretion-effluxion rate and the location of the choke point are given exactly for the Venturi curves as functions of the angular momentum, and the topology of the solutions is shown to include both a vortex point and a choke point.
