In this work new numerical schemes for particle transport in complex diffusive flows will be presented with peculiar emphasize on the use of stochastic differential equations. These schemes are easy to implement, fast, and could provide solutions to complex transport problems. We will first present 1D tests for the shock acceleration problem, and then discuss the multidimensional extensions of the method and some astrophysical applications: Supernova remnants, galactic super bubbles, multiple shock-in-jet models.
