Various methods for the analysis of luminosity segregation in rich
clusters of galaxies are given. Application to the central parts of the
Coma cluster reveals a definitive luminosity segregation. It appears
effective under a critical magnitude (about 16). A dynamical dimension
of the cluster of about 1.7 Mpc is also derived.
