Spectroscopy of the emission line star SS 433 on 154 nights spanning 516 days is used to examine the kinematics of the moving emission lines discovered by Margon et al. (1979). Coverage of the previously unobserved 30% of the 164 day period has been obtained which verifies the model that invokes a collimated near-relativistic beam with rotation of the beam axis responsible for the cyclical Doppler shifts. The parameters of the model are refined to yield a period of 164.0 + or - 0.3 days, a beam velocity of 0.26c, and beam inclination angles of 80 and 20 deg, very similar to the originally suggested values.
