Spectra of the nuclei of the two-nucleus galaxy Markarian 266 were obtained at the primary focus of the 6-m telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory. Equivalent widths and relative intensities of the observed lines were calculated, and distributions of the continuum emission of the nuclei were obtained in absolute units. The spectral observations made it possible to obtain information on the electron temperature and electron density in the two nuclei, the ionization mechanism and the lower limit of electron temperature in the nuclear H II regions, the mass of ionized hydrogen, and the number of early stars. It is suggested that the nuclei of Markarian 266 can be classified as type 2 Seyferts on the basis of emission line width and other parameters.
