It is suggested that Hubble's constant should be doubled, to 110 km/Mpc. It is hypothesized that superluminal expansions in compact radio sources can be better explained with the higher value of H. Attention is given to Lyden-Bell's interpretation of expansion phenomena in source 3C120, whereby primary energy is ejected from the nucleus at velocities less than, but possibly equal to c. Primary data for 3C120 eruptions, obtained by Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI), are presented in tabular form. It is noted that the energy from the eruptions may be in the form of relativistic particles, plasmoids, shock waves, or photons.
