Possible IR K-band (effective wavelength of 2.2 microns) identifications are given for 13 of 15 candidate OH/IR stars discovered during a 1612-MHz radio survey of the region bounded by galactic latitudes of +0.4 to -0.4 deg and galactic longitudes of 326 to 340 deg. Plots of the objects' colors in the J-H/H-K and H-K/K-L diagrams are presented along with finding charts and the reddening vectors for an interstellar-extinction factor of 10 magnitudes. It is shown that the very red colors of the IR sources can be mimicked by comparatively early-type stars which are heavily obscured by interstellar material. Three or four candidates are identified as probable reddened supergiants with little or no IR excesses, and means for obtaining greater certainty of identification are briefly outlined.
