All outbursts from discovery to the end of 1975 are considered on a uniform basis. A number of correlations exist between various properties of outbursts, and are presumably due to a 'memory' in the disk. The extreme range observed is 8.2-12.4 mag (on the Harvard scale) and the mean range is 8.55-11.82 mag; the mean period is 50.21 days. It is suggested that all dwarf novae expend approximately the same fraction of their total energy output in the visible region during outbursts.
