Equations are found (in series form) for the orbits of a passively gravitating point moving in the gravitational field of two other particles and the field of a force proportional to the distance from the moving point to the middle of the straight line segment connecting the fixed centers. The first approximation is constructed in the spatially restricted, circular, three-body problem when the orbits of the indicated problem are taken as the generating orbits.
