The discovery of two quasars near the peculiar pair of interacting galaxies NGC 7714-7715 is reported. The redshifts are determined as approximately 1.871 for the first quasar and 2.193 for the second. Various characteristics of NGC 7714 are shown to be consistent with either an Sm type or a weak Seyfert identification. It is found that the two quasars, the two members of the interacting pair, and a smaller irregular or disturbed spiral galaxy to the ENE of the central interacting pair are aligned at a position angle of 69 deg or fall closely along this line, which suggests some physical association.
