A wide-field uniquely deep H-alpha filter photograph of the region of filamentary nebulosity near the giant nonthermal radio loop 2 has been obtained. This reveals much filamentary and diffuse nebulosity previously undetected, as well as confirming and clarifying the structures and relationships of nebulosity previously observed. Radial-velocity measurements over this nebulosity, accurate to + or - 2.5 km/s at best, have been used with H I maps of this region to obtain spatial and radial-velocity correlations that reveal a most interesting structure.
