Photographic and partial photoelectric UBV observations are given for the 448 galaxies thought to have the apparently brightest nuclei. The galaxies are ranked and quantitatively calibrated in order of their nuclear brightness. Objects of special interest because of their similarity to Seyfert galaxies and their unusually high surface brightness are pointed out specifically.
