H I radio profiles of 169 galaxies classified as Sbc or later are presented. Various observed and derived parameters of the program galaxies are tabulated and used to determine relations among masses, luminosities, sizes, and maximum rotational velocities. An attempt is made to discuss certain aspects of general relations, distance indicators, correlations with Hubble type, and peculiar objects. Four type-independent scaling relations are obtained which indicate that the integral quantities describing the disks of late-type spirals are fundamentally a one-parameter sequence over a luminosity range of at least five magnitudes. It is concluded that star formation in the central regions has been less efficient for galaxies of later types.
