Observations have been made at lambda 11.1 cm of the two very large radio galaxies NGC 315 and NGC 6251. Both total intensity and linear polarization maps for both sources have been made. Well aligned linear polarization up to 50% has been found in both sources. This indicates that uniform magnetic fields exist in the sources on the scale of hundreds of kpc. Spectral index variations found at lower frequencies for NGC 6251 are confirmed.
