The paper presents the predicted vertical structure of the inner regions of accretion disks where radiative pressure is dominant and convective turbulence may arise. The analysis considers a parcel of the energy flux transported by turbulence. It is shown that despite the contribution of turbulence to the energy transport over the vertical coordinate, thermal instability in the inner zone of the disk occurs; the increment of thermal instability decreases due to turbulence by no more than one-half. There is shear turbulence in the outer regions of the disk where the gas pressure is much larger than the radiative pressure, and in this area the entropy increasing towards the disk surface interferes with the development of turbulent motion over the vertical coordinate.
