The existence of a hot quark star was examined using a soliton solution
of the nontopological soliton bag quantum chromodynamics (QCD) model
(Wilets, 1989). This QCD model is a natural generalization of the bag
model in which the bag appears as a soliton caused by the nonhomogeneous
meson condensation.
